"Kaisa 2010 China Fashion Design Invitational" eight awards announced

On October 28th, the Beijing Fashion Season kicked off with the "Kisa's Night • 2010 China Fashion Design Invitational Award Presentation Conference" held at the China International Trade Center Exhibition Hall. Attendees included Du Yuzhou, President of the China Garment Association, leaders from the China Textile Industry Association, and industry experts such as Mr. Zheng Heming from Caesar (China) Co., Ltd., Mr. Xie Hongchang, Mr. Shan Dina, and Li Dangtang from Tsinghua University. Renowned designers like Xie Feng and other influential figures from the fashion and art worlds were also in attendance. The “Caesar 2010 China Fashion Design Invitational” is a top-tier professional event organized by the China Garment Association and supported by French Fashion International. Its goal is to create an international platform for Chinese creative designers, offering direct communication with media and global buyers. This initiative aims to elevate Chinese designers to an international level and help turn creative ideas into commercial success, thus strengthening the power of contemporary Chinese fashion brands. The night show captured the spirit of fashion pioneers, showcasing the city’s eclectic style. The organizers used the city’s inspiration to place a ring-shaped block in the audience, allowing models to appear from different directions and even walk among the crowd wearing traditional Chinese attire. This immersive experience provided a powerful sensory impact, highlighting the textures and details of the garments and letting the audience feel the energy behind the latest designs. A total of 30 designers participated in the competition, with eight major awards presented after intense judging. Wang Hongying, Jin Yuyu, and Zhan Jiancheng won the “Advanced Customization Award,” “The Most Outstanding Quality Award,” and “Fashion Pioneer Brand Award,” respectively. Uma Wang received the “Best Designer Brand Award,” while Shangguan won the “Menswear Award.” Zhang Wenhui took home the “Most Cultural Value Award,” Masha Ma was honored with the “Artistic Ideas Award,” and Liu Fang won the “Popular Attention Award.” The organizers emphasized that the “Kisa·2010 China Fashion Design Invitational Competition” has become a crucial platform for Chinese fashion design exchanges, bringing together the country’s top creative talents. The contest not only explores new paths for contemporary Chinese fashion but also pays tribute to the pioneers of Chinese art and design.
