Investigation report on supervision and spot checks of Tiger Tiger brand products in the first quarter of 2010 by Zhejiang Shaoxing Industry and Commerce Bureau

Recently, our company received a product inspection report from the Shaoxing Administration for Industry and Commerce in Zhejiang Province, dated the first quarter of 2010. The report revealed discrepancies between the label information on the identification tag and the actual fabric composition of the clothing items. Below is the detailed inspection report:

Upon receiving the report, the company took it very seriously and immediately initiated an internal investigation to determine the cause and address the issue accordingly. We committed to providing a clear and responsible explanation to all stakeholders as soon as possible.

According to the test results, the label indicated a composition of 55% acrylic and 45% cotton. However, the actual fabric composition was found to be 43.2% acrylic, 39% cotton, 16.2% nylon, and 1.6% spandex. After thorough investigation, we confirmed that the discrepancy originated from the supplier’s side. It appears that during the production process, the supplier added small amounts of spandex and nylon to certain areas (such as cuffs, hems, and collars) to prevent deformation of the woolen fabric. Unfortunately, they forgot to update the label information, which led to the inconsistency.

Based on the findings, the company made a firm decision to recall the affected batch of products from all retailers. Both the production team and the supplier were held accountable, and appropriate disciplinary actions were taken. Although this issue did not pose any health risks to consumers or children, it highlighted significant gaps in our internal quality control processes. We are taking full responsibility for this mistake and have implemented stricter measures to ensure such issues do not occur again in the future.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and concerns this incident may have caused to our customers and partners. Going forward, we will continue to enhance our production and quality management systems to maintain the highest standards of transparency and trust.
