The Standardization Administration of the People's Republic of China issued the No. 2 National Standards Bulletin of 2011, which covers a number of textile related standards and will be implemented on August 1, 2011. One of the most interesting is the textile compulsory standard GB 18401-2010 "National Safety Technical Code for Textile Products". In addition, "Determination of skewness after washing of textiles - Part 3: Textiles for woven garments and knitted garments" and "Part 3: Test methods for nonwovens - Determination of breaking strength and elongation at break (strip method)" It is formally implemented on August 1. Compared with the old standard, the new standard has some new changes both in terms of indicators and testing methods. Terms and regulations are clearer and more operable.
