Second, acceptance
1. The aluminum alloy window failed to pass the in-situ spray test.
Precautions:
1) Before delivery, the doors and windows should pass the functional test, including the start-up test and the in-situ spray test (according to the contract provisions). The floor plan and the elevation plan can be used to clearly indicate the leaking part and form a record for rectification and acceptance. Verify point by point according to the progress of the site;
2) Leakage rectification plans and materials for doors and windows shall be approved by domestic legal units.
2. The in-situ spray test procedure for aluminum alloy windows does not meet the same requirements and affects the test results.
The following problems exist in the in-situ spray test:
1) The spray test plan has not passed the approval confirmation, and the test and acceptance have no basis;
2) The spray time is insufficient;
3) The spray location is incorrect (Note: should be for leaks, including caulking or seaming, etc.)
4) The test equipment does not meet the requirements, such as the lack of pressure gauge or pressure gauge scale does not meet the requirements.
